Event Photography Whether your organization needs photographic coverage for meetings, galas, award presentations, corporate dinners, fund raising events, banquets, retirement party events, holiday party events, birthday party events, golf outings, sporting events, family reunions, corporate retreats, dances, or other special events, you won't need to look further than Ryan Miner and Beantown Photo. I have an unobtrusive, candid style that allows me to capture you and your guests at their best; I'll never interrupt the flow of your planned event. I strive to seamlessly integrate into your activities. In addition to my traditional event coverage, I can offer on-site portraiture for individuals and small groups. I can bring in a studio lighting setup if you think it's appropriate for your setting. Photo Quality The photographs that I provide will be of the highest quality allowing you limitless opportunities for WEB or print publications. You can receive them on cd, dvd, or have me host them on Beantown Photo. Event Pricing My hourly rate for most event photography is $85 per hour. Fees related to event photography may or may not include travel expenses, editing time, printing, posting on the web, and are negotiated on a per-event basis. If you request I extend my coverage what we've originally discussed, I'm happy to make myself available. Additional coverage is billed in half hour increments at $45 per hour.
